An event of unparalleled size: 2,776 exhibitors and 1,467 journalists and influencers from 53 countries, as well as 473,687 professional visitors from all over the world registered for the 2023 edition. So let's take a look at what's new at **the Hannover Exhibition Centre from November 9 to 15**, the most important trade fair of the year for our agricultural division.   ### [DISCOVER COMET’S ENTIRE AGRICULTURE RANGE](https://www.comet-spa.com/agricultural/) ## **Efficiency and sustainability** The topic chosen for the 2025 edition of Agritechnica is “**Touch Smart Efficiency**”. In fact, the German trade fair will bring together the main innovations on the market in terms of plant production technologies, with a particular focus on efficiency and sustainability. The new products at the core of Comet’s exhibition area (**Hall 09-Booth E04**) will be focused on these pluses, starting with Campus, the new diagnostic system developed by Comet and included in the **Digital Systems and IT** category by the members **of the Agritechnica Innovation Award** for [the best new products in the sector](https://www.agritechnica.com/en/awards/innovation-award/submitted-innovations-2025), as an innovative and noteworthy solution. ## **Comet’s new products at Agritechnica 2025: Campus diagnostics** ## **![Comet_Agritechnica2025_BPX180_campus](https://blog.comet-spa.com/hs-fs/hubfs/BPX180_campus.jpg?width=768&height=768&name=BPX180_campus.jpg)** One of the main new products from Comet to be launched at Agritechnica 2025 is **Campus**, the new patented **computerized diagnostic** system **for diaphragm pumps**. Campus monitors pump operation in **real time**, collecting operating data using a series of **sensors** and then transmitting it to a **server** that processes and returns all the information needed to take informed and targeted action on the pump, thereby **increasing its performance** and avoiding possible breakdowns or downtime, with consequent **reduction in costs** for the end customer.   ## **![Comet_Agritechnica2025_BPX180_sensori.39](https://blog.comet-spa.com/hs-fs/hubfs/BPX180_sensori.39.jpg?width=768&height=600&name=BPX180_sensori.39.jpg)**   The system is capable of communicating through the following connections: - Radio frequency - Wi-Fi - GSM 4G - Isobus - Serial - Cloud - GPS for position tracking. ## **![Comet_Agritechnica2025_BPX180_sensori.34campus](https://blog.comet-spa.com/hs-fs/hubfs/BPX180_sensori.34campus.jpg?width=768&height=562&name=BPX180_sensori.34campus.jpg)**   The control unit monitors pump operation by means of: - **Oil level and temperature sensor**. Checks the **pump speed**,reporting any anomalies in the rotational speed; records the pump operating time (hour meter) - **Cavitation sensor**. Samples the suction **negative pressure**; reports, in real time, any anomalies in the circuit, typically caused by clogged filters, air intake, etc. This system is able to **count the duration and number of events** and allocate them to an accessible internal memory or, in one version, to the cloud or a remote server. An internal **hour meter** records operating times and signals the need for maintenance based on preset thresholds. **The battery level** is monitored and reported to the user. Alarms, warnings, and available data can be sent to a **smartphone** in configurations provided with suitable devices.     ## **Comet’s new products at Agritechnica 2025: VIPOWER** The second major innovation that Comet will display at Agritechnica 2025 is **VIPOWER**, a new **56V battery-powered electric motor,** fully interchangeable with the combustion engines currently available on the market. Being **zero-emission** and **very quiet**, it can be used both in agriculture and purely industrial fields such as **cleaning** and **sanitization**. VIPOWER is powered by long-lasting and safe **grade-A LiFePO4 batteries**, which produce more energy than comparable gasoline engines, offering **significant savings** in fuel, labour, and routine maintenance. Equipped **with soft start** technology—which allows for a gradual increase in the desired RPM without straining or wearing out the engine body and system—and a universal mounting plate that makes it easy to replace a gasoline engine for a **hassle-free upgrade.** **By eliminating atmospheric emissions** and reducing **noise** emissions, it ensures the flexibility to operate on indoor construction sites or extend working hours in areas subject to noise regulations. **Main applications:** - Lawn care and pest control - Spraying - High-pressure cleaning and soft wash **Main features:** - Same shaft size as gasoline engines, with **a 3/4” drive shaft (SAE J609A)**, allowing for quick plug-and-play compatibility with existing pumps, pulleys, and other tools. - Unlimited motor speed adjustment **from 600 RPM to 3600 RPM** to improve tool performance. - **Fully enclosed, fan-cooled motor** (TEFC) with IP65 rating, protecting against moisture, dust, and other contaminants. - **Centralized, removable control panel** for easy access. ## **![Comet_Agritechnica2025_VIPOWER battery](https://blog.comet-spa.com/hs-fs/hubfs/VIPOWER%20battery.png?width=720&height=404&name=VIPOWER%20battery.png)** **56V DC battery pack** - With its **durable plastic handle**, installation on equipment is effortless. - Designed to be **positioned sideways, flat or vertically**, regardless of the space available on the equipment.
