CRS 85 EVOTECH: THREE MACHINES IN ONE
The CRS 85 Evotech is a scrubber dryer with a sweeping system which offers the huge advantage of achieving the results produced by 2 machines - sweeping and scrubbing - with just one. It is, basically, a 3-in-1 machine, sweeping, washing and drying in just one motion. This is also why it can be called a sweeping scrubber dryer.
The CRS 85 Evotech can remove dust, small solid waste such as pallet shavings, plastic and litter, while washing the floor. By doing so, the cleaning task is done in half the time and, consequently, with half the costs that would be spent with a scrubber dryer and a sweeper separately.
LET'S SEE HOW COMET'S CRS 85 EVOTECH SWEEPING SCRUBBER DRYER WORKS
Thanks to the counterclockwise action of a cylindrical brush with adjustable pressure, dust and debris are collected during the floor washing phase. Washing, in turn, occurs with a solution sprayed evenly by the variable delivery nozzles placed near a special washing roller.
A patented Air Recovery system using compressed air channels the cleaning solution in front of the brush, preventing its lateral leakage and minimizing the amount of solution. Unlike competing machines on the market, in fact, Comet's CRS Evotech uses 500 to 1500 milliliters of cleaning solution per minute, compared to an average amount of 1500 to 4500 milliliters.
The real core of the CRS Evotech is the collection, suction and washing solution system. As it moves, the machine sucks up dirt, debris and washing solution in one go, collecting it all in a compartment and, subsequently, conveying it to a specific collection container. No fear of having to empty the machine frequently: the CRS Evotech debris recovery tank, as well as being easy to pull out, in fact contains up to 30 liters of waste.
The thin film of water remaining on the ground is immediately and completely removed by the sturdy steel squeegee system and sucked up by a second motor, while the automatic operation of the squeegee and side brushes dries to perfection even in the tightest of turns. Finally, the exhaust air from the two suction motors is conveyed and blown through dedicated side diffusers.
All functions are managed by the operator with a control panel, organized in a simple and intuitive manner, which communicates various data: working hours, battery charge level, empty tank warning light and forward/reverse traction indicator.
